Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days, though this timeframe may extend during peak periods. We utilise the following shipping options:

UK Shipping
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders over £30 within the UK. Or free if local pick-up is activated

Choose from the following UK shipping options at checkout:

• Royal Mail 48 Tracked – £3.75 (Delivered within 2-4 business days post-shipment)
• Royal Mail 24 Tracked – £4.75 (Delivered within 1-3 business days post-shipment)

International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally

Return Policy
Currently, as a small enterprise, we cannot offer free returns. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will refund your shipping costs up to £3.75 upon receiving the returned item and reviewing the proof of postage. We accept returns within 90 days from the purchase date.

We welcome returns/refunds for:

Damaged items upon arrival (excluding 75g wax melts)

Defective wax warmers

• Items returned outside the original packaging will not receive a refund; instead, we’ll credit your account with reward points for voucher redemption on our site.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dilecta.co.uk with your order number, the issue’s details, and any relevant photographs. For missing items, include photos of the received products, the invoice, and the package.

Items Not Eligible for Returns/Refunds:

• 75g snap bar wax melts that arrive broken, as damage may occur during shipping
• Samples, as they are samples of our larger offerings
• Wax melts and candles that have been used or partially used
• Wax melts with disliked scents. Since scent preference is personal, we recommend our sample range for trial before buying larger sizes.
